We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Valicumis (valicumisDS LLC). This policy explains when you can return an item, how refunds work, and what is excluded.

Return window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in resalable condition, and in their original packaging with all parts, hardware and manuals included.

How to start a return

  1. Email support@valicumis.com with your order number, the item you wish to return and the reason.
  2. We will reply with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return address. Returns sent without an RMA number may be refused.
  3. Pack the item securely and include the RMA number with the shipment.

Return shipping costs

  • Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: we pay return shipping and either replace the item or refund you in full.
  • Change of mind: you pay return shipping. If your order shipped free, the actual outbound shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
  • Large or freight items (sheds, gazebos, playsets, furniture sets) can carry significant return freight costs. We will quote these before you ship.

Restocking fee

A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to change-of-mind returns of large or freight-shipped items, or to items returned without their original packaging. We will tell you the exact amount before you return the item.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and is inspected, we will email you the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take longer to post the funds.

Damaged or defective on arrival

Inspect your delivery on arrival. Report visible transit damage within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs of the packaging and the item, so we can file a carrier claim. For faults appearing later, see our Warranty & Disclaimer.

Non-returnable items

  • Items that have been assembled, installed, modified or used outdoors.
  • Made-to-order, custom or personalised items.
  • Items marked “final sale” or “clearance”.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Cancellations

You may cancel an order at no cost before it is dispatched. Email support@valicumis.com as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, the return process above applies. Freight orders already collected by a carrier cannot be cancelled.

Exchanges

We replace items that are faulty or damaged. For a different model or size, return the original for a refund and place a new order.
