This policy explains how Valicumis (valicumisDS LLC) ships orders, what it costs and how long it takes.

Where we ship

We ship within the United States. If you need delivery elsewhere, contact support@valicumis.com before ordering and we will confirm whether it is possible and at what cost.

Processing time

Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Most orders leave our suppliers within 1–3 business days of payment clearing. Large or freight items may take longer to schedule.

Delivery estimates

  • Standard parcel delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
  • Freight / large items (sheds, gazebos, playsets, furniture sets, generators): 5–15 business days after dispatch. The carrier will call to arrange a delivery window.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, carrier backlogs and remote delivery addresses can extend them.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the item, its weight and dimensions, and your delivery address. Any free shipping threshold or promotion is shown on the product page and in the cart.

Freight deliveries — what to expect

  • Delivery is kerbside unless stated otherwise: the driver is not obliged to carry the item into a garden, garage or building.
  • Someone aged 18 or over must be present to receive and sign for the delivery.
  • Large items can be heavy; please arrange help to move them once delivered.
  • Failed deliveries or re-deliveries caused by nobody being present may incur a carrier fee.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. If tracking has not updated for several days, contact support@valicumis.com and we will chase the carrier.

Damaged or missing shipments

Check your delivery before signing where possible, and note any visible damage on the carrier’s paperwork. Report damage or shortages within 48 hours of delivery with photographs, so we can file a claim. See our Refund & Returns Policy.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an address supplied incorrectly, and re-shipping costs may apply.

Taxes and duties

Applicable US sales tax is calculated at checkout. For any delivery outside the United States, import duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
