These Billing Terms & Conditions apply to every payment made to Valicumis, a trading name of valicumisDS LLC, and should be read alongside our Terms of Service.
Accepted payment methods
We accept major credit and debit cards and any other methods shown at checkout. All payments are processed by third-party payment providers over an encrypted connection. We do not store full card details on our servers.
Currency
All prices and charges are in US dollars (USD). If your card is issued in another currency, your bank sets the exchange rate and may add a foreign transaction fee that we do not control or receive.
When you are charged
Payment is authorised when you place your order and captured at, or shortly after, that time. If an item turns out to be unavailable, we cancel the affected part of the order and refund it.
How the charge appears
Charges appear on your statement as VALICUMIS or VALICUMISDS LLC. If you do not recognise a charge, email support@valicumis.com with the date and amount before contacting your bank — we can usually resolve it faster.
Taxes
Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and shown before you confirm payment.
Order verification
To protect against fraud, we may ask you to verify your identity or billing address before dispatch. Orders that fail verification, or where the billing and shipping details cannot be reconciled, may be cancelled and refunded in full.
Failed and declined payments
If a payment is declined, the order will not be processed. Repeated authorisation attempts may show as pending holds on your account; these are released by your bank, usually within a few business days.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. Timescales and conditions are set out in our Refund & Returns Policy. We cannot refund to a different card or account.
Chargebacks
If you believe there is a problem with an order, please contact us first — most issues are resolved within a day or two. Raising a chargeback without contacting us delays resolution. We reserve the right to contest chargebacks with evidence of order, dispatch and delivery, and to recover costs where a chargeback is found to be unwarranted.
Pricing errors
If a product is listed at a clearly incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after a confirmation email has been sent.
